How long will it take to receive my package?

All orders are processed at 12pm to be shipped out on the same business day. Any orders placed after the 12pm cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an email with your order tracking number once it has been shipped.

If you haven't received your order within 5-7 business days, please don not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at info@flexgun.com.au and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

 

Can I cancel my order after I've created it?

We have a very small window of time after an order is placed to make any changes, however, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. Should you need to make any edits to your order, please contact us at info@flexgun.com.au and we’ll be more than happy to help.

 

My order never arrived, what do I do?

For any issues pertaining to your order, please reach us at  info@flexgun.com.au, and we’ll work with the mail courier to investigate further into the status of your order.

What is the returns policy?

We want you to love your Flexgun device as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Flexgun, you have 30 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.
